Play Therapy uses play as a medium to help children learn to identify and regulate emotions, while also learning to express their emotions and work through difficult experiences. Typically for children up to 8 years old.

The purpose of child counseling is to help children understand and manage their emotions, behavior, and relationships in healthy, age-appropriate ways. It provides a safe, supportive space where a child can express themselves and work through challenges with the help of a trained mental health professional. Here are some the main goals of child counseling: helping children identify and express feelings like sadness, anger, anxiety, or fear in healthy manner, provide tools to manage overwhelming emotions, behavioral Intervention, coping with life changes, healing from trauma or abuse, social skill development, and family support and communication.

Tweens and teens often experience heightened emotions, identity exploration, peer pressure, academic stress, and family conflicts, all of which can impact their mental health. The goal is to equip teens with the tools they need to navigate their emotions and challenges in healthy ways, fostering resilience and emotional well-being during a critical period of growth and change. Additionally, teen counseling often involves collaboration with parents or guardians to ensure a supportive home environment.

Young adults can face a unique set of difficulties during these transition years. Young adults will receive help navigating these unique challenges of academic life, personal growth, and the transition into adulthood. Together we'll work to build coping skills, manage stress, improve self-esteem, and work through emotional or psychological difficulties that might affect their academic/work performance or personal well-being. Common topics include time management, balancing academic and social life, identity exploration, and managing mental health conditions

The goal of individual counseling is to help men and women gain self-awareness, understand underlying issues, and develop strategies to improve their mental and emotional well-being. In individual counseling, the client can explore a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, or personal growth.

The goals of couples counseling are to help partners that are in a romantic relationship improve communication, resolve conflicts, strengthen emotional connections, work through past hurts, and develop healthy relationships patterns. Ultimately, couples counseling provides a safe, neutral space where both partners can be heard and guided by a trained therapist toward greater understanding and relationship satisfaction.

Premarital Counseling is also offered.
